SPECIAL SERVICES AT COST:

Telephone And Telefax Services:
Upon request, the telephone and telefax connections shall be established in the stands for a charge. As this service is limited to the capacity of the telephone exchange, the applications shall be evaluated by considering the application dates in compliance with the principle of "first applied, first established". The price for the establishment of telephone and fax lines amounts is stipulated below. The price for the calls shall separately be collected after being calculated.

Additional Electricity Services:
YEM undertakes to supply one electric socket, free-of-charge 100 watts energy usage right for each 3 square meters of the stand area and 1 spot for each 3 square meters of the said area, to each and every standard stand. In case the participant goes beyond the said limits, then the requests shall be fulfilled for the relevant charge. As regards to participation without a stand or outdoors, the internal electricity installation shall be provided by the participant. The exhibition organisation shall be liable to supply one electric socket and free-of-charge 100 watts energy usage right for each 3 square meters of the stand area. In case these limits are exceeded, then power and connection shall be provided for the following charges:

12 EURO + VAT for 1-3 kwa three phase and mono phase electrical connection,
16 EURO + VAT for 4-5 kwa three phase electrical connection,
20 EURO + VAT for 6-10 kwa three phase electrical connection,
24 EURO + VAT for 11-20 kwa for three phase electrical connection,
12 EURO + VAT for each additional 10 kwa beyond 20 kwa shall be paid by the participants.

Extra Stand Materials:
Any extra stand materials (exhibition materials and equipment, furniture such as tables, chairs, refrigerators, locked compartments etc.) shall be supplied by the participants themselves. The participants shall be entitled to either supply the said extra stand materials themselves, or to request these materials from YEM against relevant fees in compliance with Form D of the Exhibitor Manual (which can also be provided from www.yem.net/fuarlar). Extra stand materials shall be deemed to have been let to the participant during the exhibition. Undamaged and complete extra materials shall be returned to YEM during the dismantling process.

Café:
There shall be a café for the officials and visitors" need within the exhibition area. Other than café, it shall be prohibited to sell food and beverage within the exhibition area.
